Can we bring children?

All programs and lodging are open to adults ages 18 and over, and to youth ages 15-17 when accompanied by an adult. Youth ages 12 to 14 may also participate in An Evening at The Cove and Christmas at The Cove programs and lodging when accompanied by an adult. In order to facilitate a spiritually reflective environment, we are not able to accommodate children under the ages noted above in our meeting or lodging facilities.

Can we bring pets?

Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.

Can we record the sessions?

Audio or video taping of Seminars is not allowed by participants, however you may purchase audio recordings of Seminar sessions from our online Bookstore at covebookstore.com.

Can we pay for and attend only one or two of the sessions?

Our Seminars are not pro-rated at this time. In order to attend a portion of a Seminar, the full amount of the fees must be paid.

Can we obtain recordings of the Seminars?

Audio recordings of most seminars are available to participants at a nominal fee from The Cove Bookstore or our online Bookstore at covebookstore.com.

What is included in the Seminar fee?

All of your meals and Seminar materials are included in the Seminar fee. Lodging is additional.

Are there Sunday services in the Chapel?

Sorry, there are no Sunday services in the Chapel.

When does the Seminar begin and end?

Registration is typically from 3:00-6:00pm, with dinner beginning around 6:00pm. The last session concludes around 11:30am on the last day.

Are there irons, ironing boards and hair dryers in the room?

Yes.

Do you offer a shuttle to and from the airport?

We do not offer a shuttle service, however, you may obtain the telephone numbers of airport shuttle services by contacting our Reservations department at 800-950-2092.

May we stay in the Inn without attending a seminar?

In order to stay in one of our Inns, you must be attending the Seminar or be a part of a Guest Group using the Billy Graham Training Center facilities.

How can there be availability in the Seminar but the lodging be full?

We are able to accommodate more individuals in our auditorium and dining room than in our two Inns.
