Leadership Forum: Learning to Lead Like the KingStay Over Opportunity
The best model for pastoral ministry is the one Jesus gave us of “prophet, priest, and king.” Most of us do well with the prophet and priest roles, but our inability (or unwillingness) to assume the role and responsibilities of “king” is destroying us and killing the Church. Learn principles of kingly leadership that will turn “church politics” into godly politics that glorify Him, protect the Church, and maintain your sanity. This Leadership Forum is designed to involve participants in a small-group mentoring opportunity with Steve Brown. The interactive workshop environment will enable participants to dialogue with a seasoned ministry veteran on a stated issue or topic for the purpose of character and ministry skill development. Each mentoring group will be limited to 30 individuals selected by application. Preference will be given to those with leadership responsibilities in church or parachurch ministries, and their spouse.
