2009 Military Chaplain Retreat Schedule
In appreciation for your service as a Military Chaplain, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association invites you and your spouse to be our guests at the Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. Guest speakers will include Dr. Richard Blackaby, General Charles Campbell, Dr. Gary Chapman, Admiral Vern Clark, and Dr. Mike Milton.
Limitations: This retreat is for all active duty Military Chaplains. National Guard and Reservist Chaplains who have served in Iraq or Afghanistan are also eligible.
We’ll cover your travel costs up to $500.00 (Round trip airfare each for you and your spouse or round trip mileage from your home to The Cove for one vehicle). Your food and lodging will be provided. Dress will be casual (be sure to bring comfortable shoes for walking).
Please fax (704-401-3003) or e-mail (rmoore@bgea.org) copies of your airline receipts to Rosemary Moore. If your receipts are received by November 10th, a reimbursement check will be distributed on Thursday morning of this event. If traveling by car, you will be required to fill out a travel expense form indicating mileage when you check in.
