How much does it cost to have our event at The Cove?

The rates vary based on a number of factors: the time of year your group is scheduled, the number of participants you bring, how long your event lasts, and whether you have a weekend or midweek event. We often hear from past group leaders that they received excellent value for the cost of their event.

Do you take small groups?

Sometimes. We've hosted smaller groups, such as ministry boards and church staffs, when they fit in concurrently with other events and when there is Inn space available.

Do you have a "value season", when we can have our event and save money?

Guest Groups can receive significant discounts on the complete meeting package rates by scheduling their events during the months of December, January, February or August. There are also special discounts for first-time guest groups and groups scheduling midweek events.

Do you give quantity discounts?

Yes. Our rates are discounted for groups contracting to bring over 100 attendees, and again for attendance over 200. Groups contracting for over 300 participants receive an even greater discount.

Can we sleep three or four in an Inn room?

Each of our Inn rooms has two queen-size beds. Guest groups can save on their per-person rates with triple and quad occupancy. We recommend single and double occupancy for maximum comfort.

Can we come for a one-night or two-day event?

Only on a very few select dates. The majority of events are for two or more nights.

Tell me about your food service.

Our professional food service staff prepares delicious "all-you-can-eat" buffet meals. Choice meats, fresh vegetables, special salads and desserts always satisfy every appetite. Many guests have been known to go off their diets while at The Cove!

Can we bring children to The Cove?

The Cove Training Center and Inns are adult facilities and are limited to adult events.
