The Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove is a unique setting, designed to provide training to people as they endeavor to fulfill the great commission. Volunteers support and enable our staff in many areas and play a key role in our ministry as they represent the Lord Jesus Christ and this ministry to thousands of visitors and guests who come to The Cove each year.
Our Visitors Center at the Chatlos Memorial Chapel is open year-round and is staffed almost entirely by volunteers who serve as tour guides, not only sharing a history of The Cove and introducing others to the life and ministry of Dr. Billy Graham, but also sharing the love of Christ as they welcome visitors from around the world.
We also look to volunteers to serve in areas related to our seminars and other program events. Greeters open doors, assist with luggage, and welcome guests with a warm smile! On the first day of a seminar registration volunteers distribute participant notebooks and assist in the selection of program activities. We also have need for volunteers to assist with a variety of office tasks that might involve telephone calling, making copies, typing, proofreading, etc.
