On-property accommodations are available at Shepherd's Inn and Pilgrims' Inn; however, reservations should be made as soon as possible, because space is limited.

For each additional person staying in your room or suite, please add $20 per night. Maximum occupancy is four people per room, five people per suite.
Payment and Deposit Information
Each reservation must be accompanied by a deposit of $75* per person, per event. Any remaining program and lodging fees may also be paid at that time and must be paid in full no less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Failure to prepay 30 days in advance will result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your program/lodging space. Most cancellation requests received prior to the 30-day deadline are eligible for a full refund (exceptions noted below*). A refund of payments received, less your deposit, may be requested up to two weeks prior to your arrival. No refunds will be made less than two weeks prior to the event; however, the amount paid may be transferred to another event in the same or following calendar year. Lodging accommodations in our inns and participation in our Come Early/Stay Over opportunities are subject to space availability.
*Deposit Requirement Exceptions: An Evening at The Cove, Christmas at The Cove, SeniorSalt events, and Pastors' Institutes require an advance deposit equal to the cost of the program. Deposits are nonrefundable; however, if cancellation is made at least 30 days in advance, monies paid may be transferred to another event in the same or following calendar year. A lodging deposit, where applicable, is also required.
When groups of 10 or more register and attend a Cove-sponsored event together, the pastor (or group organizer) and spouse can attend for free. Offer includes seminar and lodging fees. Not applicable to existing reservations. Some seminars excluded. Please call our reservations department for details.
Come Early, Stay Over
On selected dates, we are happy to offer registered inn guests the opportunity to enjoy some extended time away to rest, refresh, and refocus on God. Inn guests may choose to Come Early, arriving the afternoon before your event begins, and/or Stay Over the night your event concludes, departing after breakfast the next day. Fees include meals and an evening devotional program.
Cost (for each Come Early/Stay Over night) is $40 per person plus the cost of an additional night's lodging. Participation is limited to individuals with confirmed inn reservations for the course of their seminar and is subject to space availability.
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. on the first day of the seminar, followed by a buffet-style dinner and the first seminar session with the main speaker. All meals and materials are included in the registration fee. Most seminars conclude by noon on the final day. All speakers and worship leaders are scheduled to appear but may be substituted in the event of unforeseen or extreme circumstances. In this unlikely event, we will do our best to match the speaker or worship leader's style and to inform you of a change in speaker.

All facilities are accessible to physically challenged persons. Please let us know if you need a handicap-accessible room at our inns or special seating in our auditorium.
All programs and lodging are open to adults ages 18 and over, and to youth ages 15-17 when accompanied by an adult. Youth ages 12 to 14 may also participate in An Evening at The Cove and Christmas at The Cove programs and lodging when accompanied by an adult. We are not able to accommodate children under the ages noted above, infants, or pets in our meeting or lodging facilities.
Official audio recordings, videotapes, and still photographs are taken of many seminar events. Registration constitutes permission to use your image or voice if it appears on video or audio recordings or in still photographs. Audio or videotaping by participants is not allowed. (Audio recordings of most seminars, select video recordings, and other ministry resources are available for purchase in Ruth's Attic Bookstore and online.)
